Trampolines and Gelato are soul mates! For the free-spirited, trampolines evoke memories of summer and backyards; happy times falling about laughing. Lifes simple pleasures make us happiest and Trampoline delivers these through real quality, served fresh with a grin.

Where do we come from?

In 1990, two brothers from a family with generations of dairy experience started Burra Foods, based in Gippsland, South Eastern Victoria. 

In 2000 it was suggested that Burra enter the retail arena with a branded business supplying a premium dairy product. Identifying a gap in the market for funky, fresh-made Italian gelato, the idea to create a contemporary, fun brand with surprisingly different products and flavours was developed.

The first Trampoline store opened in April 2004 on Brunswick Street, Fitzroy, a diverse food and cafe precinct bordering Melbourne's CBD, with an eclectic mix of all things trendy and cool.

Over the next 9 years the business grew … and grew … and grew.

In October 2013, the Trampoline brand was acquired by Franchised Food Company (FFCo), a market leader in fun treats, who has since taken the brand to the next level with surprisingly different flavours and unique instore experience. 

100% Australian owned, FFCo is a specialist in retail franchising and Australia's largest multi-system, non-listed franchisor. Along with Trampoline, FFCo operates a number of other successful brands including Cold Rock, Pretzel World, Mr Whippy, Nutshack, Healthy Habits and Europa Coffee.
